Keenethics ("we", "us", "our") operates the MindFlow ChatGPT app (the "App"). This policy explains what data the App processes, how it is used, and your choices.
- The App renders mind maps from text you provide.
- Creating a share link stores your mind map and preview image so the link can be viewed.
- Anyone with a share link can view the shared mind map and its preview image.
- We do not require account creation or authentication.
- We do not sell personal data or run ads.
Information We Process
Content you provide
The App processes the text you or the model provide to create a mind map, such as outlines, notes, or topics. This content is used to generate the widget response. If you create a share link, we also store the mind map title and content, together with a generated preview image, to make that link available.
Automatically collected data
We do not collect or store device identifiers, precise location, IP addresses, or behavioral profiles. The App does not request or store authentication secrets.
How We Use Information
- Render an interactive mind map in ChatGPT.
- Generate optional follow-up explanations when you click a node.
- Create and serve a public share link and its preview image when you choose to share a mind map.
We do not use the content for advertising or for unrelated profiling.
Data Retention
Mind maps that are not shared are returned directly in the ChatGPT environment. When you create a share link, we store the shared mind map content in our database and its preview image in object storage. These materials remain available until we remove them; we do not currently provide self-service deletion of share links. Any retention by OpenAI is governed by OpenAI's policies.
Sharing and Disclosure
A share link is public: anyone who receives it can view the shared mind map and preview image. If you post a link to a social platform, that platform may receive the link and fetch its preview image under its own privacy policy. We use Cloudflare to operate the App, including the database and object storage used for shared mind maps and preview images.
Sensitive Data
Do not submit sensitive personal data (such as payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health records). The App is not intended to process restricted data.
Your Choices
- You can choose what content to provide.
- You can choose whether to create a public share link.
- You can stop using the App at any time.
- To request removal of a shared mind map, contact us using the details below.
Children
The App is intended for general audiences and does not target children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves. We will update the effective date at the top of the page.
